This stator coil forming machine features both entry and exit stations, allowing
for convenient loading and unloading operations. The worktable is designed to
rotate, making it ideal for small motors. After forming, the coil automatically
expands, and its dimensions can be customized according to the customer’s
requirements.

Specification
This stator coil forming machine features both entry and exit stations, allowing
for convenient loading and unloading operations. The worktable is designed to
rotate, making it ideal for small motors. After forming, the coil automatically
expands, and its dimensions can be customized according to the customer’s
requirements.
Application
The stator coil forming machine is suitable for medium and small electric motors
such as air cooler motors, Tower fan motors, TPW fan motors etc.
Main Functions
The machine is equipped with a fully Pneumatic system and PLC control
program. The forming stack length can be adjusted by changing washers. It
features four independent Pneumatic cylinders that perform specific functions —
expanding the inner coil, shaping the outer coil, and forming the overhang. After
forming, the coil maintains its shape with no enamel damage or wire breakage,
and the outer and inner diameters closely match the final design dimensions. Slot
paper and wedges remain intact without damage or displacement. The stator
maintains its structure without deformation or lamination lifting. Ensures no
damage to wire enamel during the process.
Safety Features
Equipped with a safety light curtain protection system; the operator must stand
while operating the machine.
Dual-hand start buttons are provided to ensure safe operation.
