Main Functions and Features
The multi-wire, two-station stator coil winding machine is designed for highefficiency and precise coil winding operations. It features two winding heads
operating across two working stations, enabling continuous production with
minimal downtime. Supports multi-wire winding, allowing multiple wires to be
wound simultaneously for improved productivity and consistent coil quality.
Each station performs automatic coil winding, wire skipping, wire cutting, and
indexing in one complete cycle. The HMI interface allows easy parameter
setting for turns, winding speed, tension, and coil pattern. Adjustable winding
tension ensures tight, uniform coils without damaging the wire enamel.
Capable of continuous and discontinuous winding modes, suitable for 2-pole,
4-pole, and 6-pole stator designs. Automatic coil placement into the transfer
tooling improves efficiency and reduces manual handling. Especially suitable
for stators with high fill factors and small slot openings. Built with advanced
technology, offering stable performance, high reliability, and easy operation
and maintenance.
