This horizontal stator coil inserting machine is designed for simultaneous
insertion of pre-wound coils and wedges into stator slots. It is equipped
with a servo-driven insertion mechanism, ensuring smooth, accurate, and
damage-free coil pushing.

Main Features
This horizontal stator coil inserting machine is designed for simultaneous
insertion of pre-wound coils and wedges into stator slots. It is equipped
with a servo-driven insertion mechanism, ensuring smooth, accurate, and
damage-free coil pushing.
The wedge (slot liner) feeding system is controlled by a stepper motor,
allowing automatic length adjustment and precise positioning. All
operational parameters—including insertion speed, pushing force, wedge
length, feeding mode, and dwell timing—can be set through the HMI
(Human-Machine Interface).The machine can adjust its feeding pattern
and insertion speed according to different wire gauges, slot filling rates,
and stator sizes, making it suitable for high-density copper fill motors
(1HP–3HP).
