// Induction Motor Winding Line

Single Sided Lacing Machine

The stator coil lacing machine is designed for lacing and binding stator coils in
electric fan motor manufacturing. It is used after the coil winding and forming
processes. The operation is simple — the stator is loaded vertically into the
working station for lacing on the top side. After completion, the stator is turned
over and reloaded to perform lacing on the opposite side.

Application
The stator coil lacing machine is suitable for various motor types, including:
Induction motors Three-phase motors Fan motors, Compressor motors, Air
conditioner motors, Washing machine motors, Generator motors, Pump
motors
Main Functions and Features
The machine automatically feeds and cuts the thread, eliminating the need for
manual knotting. Equipped with a safety light curtain protection system; the
operator must stand while operating the machine. Features a dual-hand
simultaneous start button to ensure safe operation. Easy to operate — the
stator is loaded vertically; after one side is laced, it is turned over for the
opposite side. Quick and convenient tooling change, suitable for stator stack
lengths ranging from 10 mm to 100 mm. Incorporates a servo-driven system,
CNC control design, and HMI interface for precise and efficient operation.
Adjustable lacing tension ensures consistent quality and protects wire enamel.
Production capacity: 24 slots 30 seconds per piece. Servo-driven indexing
system allows various lacing modes such as slot-by-slot, interval slot, and
fancy lacing. Main spindle adopts servo control; rotation speed can be
adjusted as required. After lacing, there is no copper wire breakage or enamel
damage. Primary qualification rate: 99.5%; after rework: 99.9%
Safety Features
