vertical submersible and bore, well pump motors. One-Cycle Insertion: Inserts
insulation paper or wedges into all slots in a single operation. Precision
Indexing: High-accuracy slot positioning via servo or stepper motor indexing
control. Fully Automatic Paper Processing: Paper feeding, cutting, forming,
and insertion are all servo-controlled; operator only loads/unloads stator.
Smart Touch Interface: User-friendly HMI allows easy parameter setup and
production adjustments. Automatic Forming Mold Adjustment: Mold
automatically adapts to different stator specifications without manual
recalibration. Quick Adjustment Capability: Easy changeover for different
stack heights and insulation paper width used in pump motors. Tooling
Flexibility: Supports various slot shapes commonly used in submersible motor
stators by changing tooling. High-Speed Operation: Fast insertion rate of
