Armature Semi Automatic Coil Winding Machine

This Semi-Automatic Armature Coil Winding Machine is designed for hooktype commutator armature winding used in electric motors. It supports
medium to large copper wire diameters and ensures stable coil formation
with uniform tension. The machine performs automatic winding and
indexing, while hooking and wire cutting are done manually by the operator.
The control system uses a PLC with a keypad screen for setting parameters
such as coil turns, winding direction, speed, and indexing angle. The operator
can easily modify settings according to the armature size and production
requirements. Customized machines can also be manufactured based on
customer samples. Estimated Production Capacity: Approximately
200–400 pieces per 8 hours, depending on slot count, turns per coil, and
wire gauge

Operating Procedure
Manually place the armature on the winding fixture/shuttle.Manually hook
the wire to the commutator terminal. Set winding parameters on the PLC
keypad screen and press START.The machine performs automatic winding
and slot indexing. After winding, manually cut and hook the wire to complete
the coil. emove the finished armature and load the next one. This semiautomatic workflow ensures consistent quality with minimal skill
requirement.
