The Rotor Coil Winder Machinery is designed for hook-type commutator
armature winding and is ideal for motors requiring medium to large wire
diameters. The machine performs automatic winding, slot indexing, and wire
cutting, while the operator simply needs to load and unload the armature from
the material holder

Introduction
The Rotor Coil Winder Machinery is designed for hook-type commutator
armature winding and is ideal for motors requiring medium to large wire
diameters. The machine performs automatic winding, slot indexing, and wire
cutting, while the operator simply needs to load and unload the armature from
the material holder.
The system is controlled by a PLC with touch screen interface, allowing quick
setting and modification of all winding parameters such as number of turns,
winding mode, speed, indexing angle, and direction. For high productivity
applicat ions, an opt ion wi th a conveyor loading system is also
available—multiple armatures can be placed on the conveyor at once and the
machine will process them automatically.
