Equipped with four winding heads and eight working stations, providing high
productivity and efficiency. The machine can automatically insert coils into the
transfer tool, making it especially suitable for stators with high fill factors and
small slot openings. Performs automatic wire skipping, cutting, and indexing in
a single cycle, improving speed and consistency. All operating parameters —
including winding turns, speed, and tension — can be conveniently set through
the HMI (Human-Machine Interface).Adjustable winding tension ensures
precise coil formation without damaging wire enamel. Supports both
continuous and discontinuous winding modes, compatible with 2-pole, 4-pole,
and 6-pole winding requirements. Designed with advanced technology for
