Double Sided Lacing Machine
This type of Stator Insulation Paper Inserting Machine is used to inserting
insulation paper into the stator slot from the bottom of stator slot. It can do
automatically paper feeding, edge folding and forming process. It is convenient
and easy for different slot number stator production and changing tooling.

Specification
The stator coil lacing machine consists of the main machine body, needle
assembly, nozzle rotating unit, needle forward and backward movement system,
nozzle swing mechanism, needle vertical motion system, stator indexing unit,
thread feeding system, and thread cutting mechanism.
Application
This machine is suitable for medium and large electric motors, including air
conditioner motors, washing machine motors, compressor motors, fan motors,
generator motors, and pump motors.
Main Functions and Features
The machine adopts a servo-driven system, CNC control design, and HMI
interface for precise and efficient operation. Servo-driven indexing system
allows flexible lacing modes such as slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing.
The main spindle is controlled by a servo system, and its rotation speed can be
easily adjusted. Single-needle design driven by a servo motor enables precise
and efficient lacing of stator coils. The machine automatically performs thread
feeding and cutting, eliminating the need for manual knotting. Quick and easy
tooling change supports stator stack lengths ranging from 50 mm to 130 mm.
Adjustable lacing tension ensures consistency and protection of wire enamel.
High production efficiency: 1 second per slot. Ensures no wire breakage or
enamel damage during operation. Primary qualification rate: 98.5%; after
rework: 99.5%.
Safety Features
Equipped with a safety light curtain protection system; operators must stand
during operation.Features a dual-hand simultaneous start button for maximum
operational safety.
