Equipped with a complete hydraulic system and embedded PLC control,
offering reliable performance and precise control. The tooling design follows
a flexible principle of inner expansion, outer wrapping, and edge forming to
ensure accurate stator winding dimensions after lacing. The forming process
is fully automated — once the start button is pressed, the machine performs
the entire forming cycle automatically. The forming stack length can be
adjusted easily by changing washers. Ensures no damage to slot paper or
wedge, and prevents stator deformation or lamination lift.Guarantees that no
wire enamel is broken during the forming process.Equipped with a safety
light curtain protection system; operators are required to stand during
operation. Features a dual-hand simultaneous start button for maximum
operational safety.
