Introduction
This type of Stator Insulation Paper Inserting Machine is designed for top
insertion, inserting insulation paper into the stator slots from the top side
with high precision and reliability.
Machine Functions & Features
Ensures neat, burr-free, and damage-free cutting of insulation paper.
Prevents stator deformation and avoids upward displacement of stator
laminations during top paper insertion. Complete tooling set is replaceable,
with a changeover time of approximately 30 minutes. Automatic stop
mechanism activates in case of paper jams to avoid damage and ensure
process stability. Equipped with a user-friendly text display panel for setting
and monitoring parameters across different stator models. High production
quality: Primary pass rate 99%, post-rework pass rate 99.9%.Production
speed: 1 second per slot (excluding stator loading/unloading).Paper
specifications: Width = stator stack length + 14 mm Folded edges
customizable per customer requirements Designed for standing operation
and uses a single-hand operation button system for operator safety.
Compatible with Polyester Film insulation paper rolls, thickness 0.25 mm,
